Being former owners of a slaughterhouse we look at hunting from the processor's point of view. We were taught to clean whatever it was we were hunting. You can't eat it if you don't know how to clean it.
Our mission is to provide the hunter and sportsman or anyone who would like to learn about processing wild game and other kinds of meat, like beef or pork with the videos showing you step by step on how to do it. We also supply a wide range of items for butchering and processing of meat as well as packaging items.
